Step by step .. This is how to make 3D printing

3D printing provides unprecedented opportunities for manufacturing in many industries all over the world.Throughout the date, the manufacturing industries went through different names, but 3D printing was the most famous. But how do you work?

In his report published on the American "Interting Ingening" report, the author Christopher McFaden said that 3D printing is a multi -use method for producing rapid initial models.

How does it work? The 3D printing process begins to make a photocopy model for the body to be printed, and it is usually designed using a set of software, most notably design technology with the help of computer.Among the main benefits of 3D printing is that it allows to prepare a fast initial model for almost anything.

After the design, the next stage is based on cutting the form digitally for its printing. This step is vital because 3D printing cannot develop a 3D model in the same way that the average person imagines, as the model is divided into multiple layers, then the design of each layer is sent to the printer head for printing or arrangement.

The writer reported that 3D printers are able to print strong, low -density materials by adding air -calculated pockets within the final product.Once the cutting program is completed, the data is sent to the printer for the final stage.

In other words, the 3D printer begins to print the form according to the instructions specified for the cutting program using different methods, depending on the type of printer used.

For example, the 3D printing uses a technique similar to the ink technology used in paper printers, where the nozzles move forward and back, and up and down to distribute thick wax or plastic polymers that harden to form each new cross section of the 3D body.

In the 3D printing documented, it is applied with a soft, soft, soft powder and liquid glue that meet together to form each printed layer.

In the optical polymerization printing, drops of liquid plastic are exposed to a laser ultraviolet beam that turns the liquid into a solid.

The "Talbid" is another 3D printing technique that includes the melting of the molecules and their merge together to print each consecutive layer. This technique depends on the laser to dissolve the flame -inhibited plastic powder, which then hardens to form the printed layer. In general, the 3D printing process may take hours or even days, based on the size and complexity of the project.

Regardless of the type of 3D printer used, the total printing process is usually the same, and it can be summarized by these steps:

What can you make incredibly multi -dimensional printers, as they can - theoretically - make almost anything, but they are limited due to the types of materials used and the size of the design. You can also print with plastic, cement, metal and even animal cells, but most of these printers are designed to use only one type of these materials.

Among the forms that the 3D printer can make, there are artificial ends, other body parts, other houses, buildings, food, medicine and clothes, along with medical devices.

What types of programs do you use? Design programs with the help of different computer use a variety of file formats, but the most common are the following formulas:
