1 - Be on a permanent knowledge of the developments of events, through local and international media.Contact your country's embassy, ask them updates regarding the current situation in your area, and listen to their advice to you, whether to stay where you reside, or by moving to safer points.
2 - If you hear any sound, or an unusual movement outside, make the place of your residence until you reassure that the situation is safe enough to go out.
3 - Before you go outside the house, be aware of any areas with confrontations or risks to avoid it.Use maps to find the most safe ways, and keep a paper copy of the map whenever possible.
4 - If you come across a demonstration, or quarrels, move away as soon as you can, and take a different path.
5 - If you decide to go out, try not to be alone.Be in a group, and keep close to each other as possible, so that there are more eyes, and better ability to protect each other.
6 - When damage occurred in your place of residence as a result of an explosion or bombing, wait for things to calm down, then use a small scout to explore the size and nature of the damage.Do this without lighting candles, or lighting the spotlight.And verify that there is no fire risk, water leakage, gas, closing all major valves, opening windows, and asking for help as soon as possible.
7 - Be in constant contact with other people to inform them of your current situation, the places you intend to move to, the expected time for your arrival, the circus line and communication data with your companions.
