Google also introduces a new feature called meeting rooms, and it works in a similar way to Microsoft Teams rooms.
Google chat differs from the meeting rooms in being temporary and can disappear quickly, but the meeting rooms are more permanent and are suitable for official work meetings.
You can also make meeting rooms and chat rooms with any number you want and use directly from the Gmail app on the phone or computer.
You can activate these new features on the mobile phone by following the following steps:
Go to the Gmail application, then click on the three points to reach the settings.
After that, choose your application and then choose the general settings, and when you reach this list, you find a choice of showing chat and rooms.
And when you finish activating these features, close the application and then reopen it again until it works directly.

You can use Google chat immediately after clicking on its brand, then searching for a specific user or making a new room.
You can make a new chat group by adding more users after adding the first user.

The rooms also work in a similar chat, but the main difference is that with the rooms you need to make the room and then call it, and then you add users.
You can send the rooms invitation to anyone in your contacts or via their email.
You can also activate the chat feature directly via the Gmail website, by following the following steps:
Go to your personal page in Gmail, and then access the settings and then click on the display of all settings.
Then choose the chat from the settings menu from the top, then choose Google chat instead of the classic Hangouts app.
You can change the chat location through these settings as well, and after you end, save the settings.
