Experience Hub, a subsidiary of the Miral company, which is responsible for the international commercial and promotional operations of Yas Island, has concluded an agreement with the Israeli company, Amsalem Travel and Tourism, to promote Yas Island and the experiences it offers through its network and through the program Yas expert.
According to the Emirates News Agency, this cooperation comes within the framework of the "Experience Hub" initiative to present offers to the Israeli market and enhance the presence of "Yas Island" as a leading leisure destination in Abu Dhabi for travelers coming from Israel through the travel and tourism market, after the UAE announced the opening of lines to Travel trips coming from Israel.
The "Experience Hub" company in Abu Dhabi will work with the Israeli "Amsalim Travel and Tourism" company to spread awareness about "Yas" Island and promote it through its offices and local, regional and international relations.
The Yas Expert is a specialized online training program for travel agents and travel professionals, designed to help them learn about the many exceptional experiences that Yas Island has to offer.
The program offers travel partners the opportunity to become brand ambassadors for Yas Island, and they can advise their customers about the experiences offered by the island and its health and safety initiatives, in order to attract more visitors to the destination.
Travel and tourism professionals can access the course content on a mobile phone, tablet, or computer and attend it in line with their own schedules to stay up-to-date with the latest entertainment attractions and experiences the island has to offer to enrich their offerings to their clients and increase sales. .
Participants will be required to complete 5 training modules and answer 70% of the questions correctly, after which they will receive a 'Yas Expert' certificate to confirm that they have become experts on Yas Island.
The innovative and interactive online training program was launched in 2019 in India, GCC, UK and most recently in China in Mandarin.
It is worth noting that the training program for the travel sector has witnessed a strong and growing demand, with more than 5,000 agents registered since its launch.
