The ruling was issued with the membership of Counselor Abdel Fattah Al-Zari, Counselor Mr. Mustafa Al-Hourani, and Criminal Secretary Karim Al-Janadi.

Then, a report was filed against him, and the Public Prosecution Office decided to refer him to the Criminal Court.
