Books - Ali bin Saleh Al-Sulaimi: The book (Tabir Al-Tanzil in Collecting the Ten Readings when Recited) was recently published by the author Muhammad bin Khalfan Al-Sharqi, where the first volume will be shown at the Muscat International Book Fair 2022 (the 26th session from February 23 to next March 5) and the rest of the volumes In the near future, God willing.
The author of the book says: The book (Tabir al-Tanzil in collecting the ten readings when reciting) focuses on detailing the collection of the verses of the Noble Qur’an with the ten frequent recitations using the Ottoman drawing, exact in accordance with the science of the Qur’anic discipline, and it consists of ten volumes the size of the Noble Qur’an, where each volume contained (3) Parts of the Noble Qur’an, and the first volume, after the dedication and the page of thanks and appreciation, contained the praises of His Eminence the reciter Sheikh Tariq Abdul Hadi Abu Ahmad, who supervised the preparation and review of the book, followed by a brief introduction to the author, and then the first chapter in (Explanation of the book’s approach to collecting readings). The tenth chapter), the second chapter on (explanation of how to use the book), and the third chapter on (the statement of the collection of Quranic verses with the ten readings from Surat Al-Fatihah to the end of the third part), and the volumes from the second to the tenth are all in the third chapter, and included the collection of verses The Qur’anic ten readings from Part Four to Part Thirtieth divided into three parts in each volume.
* The book’s methodology and the idea of preparing it About the book’s methodology, the author said: I followed the scheduling system to deliver information easily, quickly and easily, without deep research and consideration, and in an appropriate manner for different age groups and cultural and scientific levels. Each passage that is intended to be collected contains the differences between the brushes, and secondly - the witness from Shatibiya and Durra (evidence of the differences of the brushes from Matn Shatibiya and Durra), and thirdly - the reader / narrator (the statement of the reader or narrator who recites the reading of the provisions of it), and two verses of the reading of the provisions of it. Or the narrator to whom it is read in abbreviated terms), and fifth – inclusion (an explanation of the symbols of the readers or narrators whose readings coincide with the reading of the reader or the narrator to whom it is read), and sixth – the plural (the Qur’anic text distinguishes the Qur’anic text by the reader or the ten-colored readings that corresponds to the readings of the ten colors of the Qur’an). To clarify the places in which the reciters and narrators disagree (the recitation of Hafs from Asim), and the shading in determining the position at which the reciter begins and ends when he wants to combine the ten readings, to be specific The reader and his sheikh give him and his sheikh the time and effort, thus achieving the purpose for which the scholars invented the idea of combining.
As for the idea of preparing the book, he referred to the idea of working with this book, which came during my presentation of my blessed seal of the leave in the ten frequent readings from my path (Al Shatibiya and Al-Durra) to the honorable Sheikh Tariq Abdul Hadi Abu Ahmed - may God protect him and prolong his life in goodness - and I thought, after God grant me complete success, from the conclusion of the leave The Qur’anic revision and arrangement of this collection to come out in the most complete form and the most beautiful suit, in order to facilitate the learning, understanding and teaching of the Qur’anic recitations for the memorizers of the Holy Book of God and his followers, and to relieve them of the hardship and hardship. when chanting).
* The innovative way of the book and how to use it The author explained about how to use the book for all categories, and what is the innovative method in it? He said: Using the scheduling system according to the previous detail in displaying the content makes the book a practical and reference book at the same time. Students of knowledge, imams of mosques, teachers of the Noble Qur’an and others can use it to learn the theoretical recitation rulings of the ten reciters, which were clarified using abbreviated symbols and references in each verse. Or a passage, and it also enables them to recite the verses in the ten readings - individually or in groups - with ease, ease and speed, whether for the purpose of learning, studying, reviewing, or obtaining the Qur’anic license. - Whether it is for teaching or recitation - as well as to clarify the rules of intonation for reading or narration and to determine the position in which the student begins and ends in the verse or the combined syllable.
Pointing out that the book's approach to presenting the ten readings is an innovative approach in its style, as it combines the theoretical explanation of the intonation provisions of the ten reciters and their narrators - in each verse or section of it - and the practical application of these rulings by showing their impact on the Qur'anic text using color coding, and shading enables The reader is allowed to focus on the places that can be read only in the case of combining the ten readings, in order to shorten it and the effort and effort, and achieve the purpose for which the scholars invented the idea of combining.
The author emphasized that after research and investigation in several references specialized in the efforts of Omanis in the service of the Noble Qur’an and its sciences, it was found that this author is the first Omani book concerned with collecting and detailing the ten frequent readings, and that the closest author to his approach and style is (the Qur’an of the seven readings) of Sheikh Abdullah bin Bashir Al-Hadhrami Al-Sahari is one of the scholars of the twelfth century AH (seventeenth century AD), who died in 1178 AH, who was concerned with explaining the differences of the seven readings on the margins of the Noble Qur’an in writing without explaining the method of their collection or the impact of the readings on the Qur’anic text, as indicated by research and investigation in modern contemporary literature related to the collection of the ten readings. Most of the literature dealt with detailing the collection and explaining the provisions of reading in a narrative prose manner only, and a few of them using the Qur’anic text only without referring to the provisions of reading in prose-narrative form. To show the impact of these rulings on the Qur’anic text), and I did not find any book that used shading to indicate the position from which the reader begins reading and ends when the readings are collected. The ten, and to sum up: This book can be considered the first of its kind in the world in its style in terms of detailing the collection of the ten readings by explaining the rulings of reading in prose with an indication of the impact of the rulings on the entire Qur’anic text, and it can also be considered the first in terms of its use of abbreviated terms. To clarify the provisions of reading and the use of shading, the previous description was discontinued, noting that the legality of working with the book had begun on 12 Rabi’ al-Thani 1439 AH corresponding to December 30, 2017.
* The most important challenges and difficulties And about the most important challenges and difficulties that the author faced, he says: The most important challenges that I faced when writing were: Inclusion of some Qur’anic tuning terms in the collection of verses: Not all Qur’anic tuning terms needed to show reading rulings were supported in the computer fonts used in collecting Qur’anic verses, but after Research, question and experience show that these terms can be included by creating and designing new fonts using a free program available on the Internet, so I learned how to use it and designed lines containing these terms and included them in the collection of verses, praise be to God. And it takes time and effort, which is not easy to make sure of its authenticity and accuracy, but after God’s success, I sought the help of my brothers from the certified sheikhs in the ten readings in the recitation of (the Seven Letters), who spared no effort in reviewing the content, checking it, providing me with notes and guiding me to the right path, in addition to saving sums What was required to print and publish the book, the large size of the book led to the high cost of printing it, but I was able - with God's help - to save the money What is required to print only one volume of it, and we ask God to help us save the rest of the amount to print the rest of the volumes, as there are some difficulties from them because I used many computer fonts in preparing the book’s content, so some of the content files became unstable and closed automatically after opening and working on them, what Some of these files broke down and I was unable to retrieve them after working on them, which caused some kind of heartbreak and frustration and delayed completion of the book. Just.
It is worth mentioning that the author is licensed in the ten readings from my path (Al Shatibiya and Al-Durra), a specialist in Bachelor of Jurisprudence and its Fundamentals (third year), Bachelor of Aircraft Engineering and Air Transport Operations, and works as an airworthiness engineer in the Civil Aviation Authority.
