The center explained that: “Computers in government institutions often contain important and sensitive information, and as a result of continuous updating and development may be replaced and dealt with the old as normal waste that is being disposed of without being subject to special operations that ensure that the stored information is not retrieved in the event of seized itBy others ”.
He pointed out that: “Even if the data is deleted in the usual ways;It is possible for many parties to retrieve the information within the hard disks, and thus exploit them in one way or another to achieve certain gains, even if these tablets are damaged or destroyed..
