The General President of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet’s Mosque, Sheikh Dr. Abdul Rahman bin Abdulaziz Al -Sudais, recently launched the first output of artificial intelligence technology in the Prophet’s Mosque through the “smart cleansing robot”, which works for 4 hours without any human intervention;And that is within the framework of a series of smart technology projects in the future Prophet’s Mosque and artificial robots according to a scheduled time plan to provide the maximum services to the people of the Prophet’s Mosque.
The smart cleansing robot that was inaugurated in the Prophet’s Mosque performs the processes of washing and disinfection of the floors in high quality, and uses the performance of its duties with cameras, ground, upper sensors and safety belts, and the feature of reading small and large bodies;To prevent collision with people or ground obstacles.
