The allocations within the smart card were set at 50 liters per day, provided that it does not exceed 450 liters per month for private mechanisms and 800 liters per month for public mechanisms, which some citizens considered sufficient for their private cars, while others, including the taxi driver Mohsen Abu Ali, saw him in his statement to SANA that he is not enough for cars operating on the travel lineAmong the governorates, which was replied by the director of the Syrian company for the storage and distribution of petroleum products, "Fuel", Mustafa Haswiya, that the allocations are studied accurately and sufficient for public and private cars and have not been objected to.

Haswiyah pointed out that the card designated for mechanisms will be applied in Damascus countryside, starting from 31-1-2019, after which it will be applied in Deir Al-Zour and Quneitra after completing the automation of all the stations, noting the savings that this matter achieves for gasoline “through a simple questionnaire that was completed in the first month ofThe application of the service in Homs and Hama was more than 9 million liters of gasoline, and thus providing the material in all stations in these governorates, and this matter was not previously present.
