Shop while you are "full"
The expert in consumer protection affairs, Jamal Al-Saidi, identified three steps that must be followed to preserve the family budget when going to the markets, the first of which is for the person to go with a full stomach, because satisfying the stomach reduces the buying process, and makes the consumer in a relaxed state.
He added: «The second step is to determine the goal of entering the market, so did I attend shopping or to buy, the first means that I will go only to enjoy watching the new goods and commodities, and here I must not carry large financial liquidity that pushes me to change my goal because of the temptations of the supply, while the second means that I am going to buy, and here I must I decide in advance what I will buy.”
The third step - according to Al-Saeedi - is when the individual goes to buy them to stay away from peak times, as it is a very dangerous purchasing influence, as the family will find it difficult to control the members of his family purchasing among hundreds of buyers.
